- Visit the official MPOnline portal: esb.mponline.gov.in using the direct link provided below.
- Candidates must complete their Aadhaar Registration (e-KYC) as biometric verification will be mandatory at the exam center.
- Ensure you have an active and valid MP Employment Exchange Registration (रोजगार कार्यालय जीवित पंजीयन).
- Upload a clear, recent color passport-size photograph with a white background. The photo must not be older than 3 months and should have your name and the date of capturing printed on it.
- Upload your scanned signature and the handwritten self-declaration exactly as specified in the notification.
- Submit the application fee via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or at an authorized MPOnline Kiosk.
- Print the final application receipt and keep it safe, as your Application Number will be required to download the Admit Card.

Yes, candidates from other states can apply. However, they will be considered under the Unreserved (UR/Open) category and will not be eligible for age relaxation or reservation benefits.
