💰 Basic Salary Structure
- HEMM Operator (Trainee): Daily rated minimum of ₹1502.66 to ₹1546.96 per day (Basic).
- Paramedical Staff & Overseer: Minimum of T&S Grade C, i.e., ₹47,330.25 per month (Basic).

🎓 4. Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Age Limits (As on 08.05.2026)
Minimum Age: 18 Years | Maximum Age: 30 Years.
Age relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates. Up to 10-15 years relaxation for PwBD as per GOI norms.
Educational Qualifications
- HEMM Operator: Matriculate / SSC / High School passed with a valid Transport License or Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License issued from any RTA/RTO in India.
- Staff Nurse: 10+2 passed plus 'A' Grade Nursing Diploma / Certificate (3 years course) from a recognized institute approved by the Government.
- Pharmacist: 10+2 with Science, Diploma in Pharmacy registered with the Pharmacy Council under the Pharmacy Act 1948 with valid registration.
- Overseer (Civil): Matriculate or equivalent examination passed with recognized Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years course).
- Other Paramedical: Relevant degree/diploma in respective fields (Pathology, Radiography, Dietetics).
⚙️ 5. Selection Process
The selection process for NCL recruitment will be based entirely on performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Computer Based Test (CBT): A 100-mark test comprising multiple-choice questions. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: Unreserved / EWS candidates must score at least 50 marks. SC / ST / ESM / OBC / PwBD candidates must score at least 40 marks.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and initial medical examination.
⚠️ 6. Avoid Form Rejection (Tool Trap)
NCL maintains strict criteria for document uploads. Incorrect photo backgrounds, blurry signatures, or oversized files are the primary cause of application rejection.
